Descripción de la oferta: We are looking for a high-motivated Office Manager that will be responsible for running our office in London.

Main Jobs Tasks and Responsibilities:

- Coordinate, manage and monitor the workings of the location
- Establish work schedules
- Ensure compliance by monitoring procedures
- Organizing all of the administrative activities that facilitate the smooth running of the office
- Make sure that office equipment is maintained, relevant records are up to date and that all administration processes work effectively
- Deliver patients an exceptional experience


Estudios mínimos: Formación Profesional Grado Superior
Experiencia mínima: Al menos 2 años
Imprescindible residente en: (Seleccionar)
Requisitos mínimos: Requirements:

- Native or proficient level of English
- High level of Spanish is needed
- Proven experience as an Office manager, Front office manager or Administrative assistant in the healthcare sector, preferable in fertility industry.
- High School degree; additional qualification as an Administrative assistant or Secretary will be a plus
- Have the right to live and work in England

Key Knowledge and Competences

- Knowledge of office administrator responsibilities, systems and procedures
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook, in particular)
- Hands on experience with office machines (e.g. fax machines and printers)
- Familiarity with email scheduling tools
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- A creative mind with an ability to suggest improvements
